We’re dedicated to ensuring you receive your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your items.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

We offer Standard and Expedited Shipping options across the U.S.:

  • Standard Shipping — Delivered within 5–8 business days.
    • Free for all orders over $50 USD
    • $4.99 USD flat rate for orders under $50

  • Expedited Shipping — Delivered within 2–4 business days.
    • $9.99 USD flat rate

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Carriers

  • We partner with reliable U.S. carriers, including:
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Gillymerch is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at gillymerch@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

8. Pre-Order or “Arriving Soon” Items

Items marked as “Arriving Soon” or “Pre-Order” will ship once available.
Estimated release or restock dates will be shown on the product page, and you’ll be notified once your order ships.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments to ensure faster delivery.
